Vodafone India — Billing related | |||
iam a vodafone customer who called into vodafone customer care requesting them to port the network from vodafone to airtel due to personal reasons, and requested for there assistance, as a courtesy since iam its customer from 5 years. after going through hell ride for over a week with some fake english accent talking women i thought my problem was resolved. For my surprise i get a bill of 4000 instead and my postpaid plan is changed to 1299 which is supposed to be vodafones most expensive(highest) tariff. i went to the store so many times they wouldnt care, i speak to vodafone care team every day they say they cant do anything, when asked for superiors they say they r in meeting always, go alone know what are they doing to make the world a better place.iam sure they are planning and making strategies on how to loot a customer. to my troubles they have disconnected my outgoing facility too...all i want from them is a clarity on the things on how it happened and is as simple as that. and i get nothing.
