[Resolved] Vodafone India — Billing services Complaint | |||||
I had put in a request on 31st december 2016 to put my number in safe custody. Why has that not been done? Please look up for the request number which was generated on that day. I have already made a payment that day to put my number in safe custody. I will now pursue my query in mode of COMPLAINT as vodafone as failed to honour my request and plus none of my questions have been answeres in this email. When did i ever request to knw what is the procedure of safe custody? Then why are you replying to me in that manner. Either answr my question to the point or reply back stating that your unable to find an answer or not competent to understand my simply query.
