[Resolved] Vodafone India — billing/payment issue | |
I am a vodafone india postpaid customer. Never missed my bill payments. Last month (August, 2017) my bill due date was 23rd but i paid the amount on 14th itself. The issue began, since i made my bill payment through central governments digital seva, csc. And this payment didn't reflect in the vodafone account. I explained this to vodafone customer care thrice and just received almost similar to an auto response. Then raised the issue to regional nodal officer. He called many times but my issue was never sorted out since he didn't have knowledge about csc or digital seva. Meanwhile i got the next month bill. Already my outgoing facility was barred. After the september month bill they deactivated my incoming also. Whilst there is an ongoing issue how could they do this. This is a very very bad policy. Was this information helpful? | |
