Vodafone India — Bloking Out going Calls although clearing out standing amounting

My mobile no. is [protected] (vodafone Postpaid) i have port out from airtel to vodafone sucessfully before 1.5 month. i had been successfully ported in vodafone. after porting airtel intimating me to pay out standing bill rs 588 i have paid bill to airtel. although vodafone stop my out going calls. I have requested customer care. They suggest me to go vodafone store and vice versa. now where i should have to go. and here i attach the online payment receipt. plese be oblige and take some action agaist vodafone
