Vodafone India — Bonus Card of Rs399 not working on mobile number

Dear Vodafone, I have recharged my vodafone mobile number [protected] through freecharge (freecharge transaction Id FCVM[protected] ) on 18th April 2015 with Bonus recharge of Rs 399 which has benefit of Unlimited Local Vodafone to Vodafone Calls for 30 Days, but this offer stops working from 24th April 2015 morning and already Rs 29 debited from my main balance even though I was talking to local Vodafone number [protected] in Odisha Circle.As per offer which I have taken should last till 17th May 2015. Therefore request you to make this offer work and refund the amount deducted from my main balance account.For your confirmation I havent called any other number on 24th April from 9:00am till 10:30am except vodafone [protected].
