Vodafone India — bonus plan 199 recharge

My Vodafone number is [protected] i made a recharge of RS 199 from the Vodafone app and the recharge was not done and money has been deducted from my bank account. There was no transaction ID given. It is one of the bonus plans screenshot is there. And nothing is shown in the history of transaction please resolve this issue or refund my money to my account
