Vodafone India — Call bard without any intimation & cash not deposited in my account

Dear Team, i am using vodafone no:[protected] and bill pay timely on 13 april 2015 my incoming calls & outgoing call are block without any intimations & call center advise me please visit vodaphone store & deposit Rs:350/-in cash. i visited Mohini Communication vodafone mini store in idiranagr lucknow & cash cash given to Ms.Kalpna and she assure me your no activate within 2 hours.on[protected] my phone incoming calls & outgoing call again bard & call cetre guy update me Rs-350/- pending.
