Vodafone India — cancellation of request for port | |||
We m/s forex fastners p ltd., ludhiana, punjab are a corporate user of vodafone since 2013. Now we want to port our all numbers in jio network requested many times to vodafone to port our numbers in jio network but every times they refused our requests by give a reason i. E. Authorized signatory mismatch. To resolve this reason we again updated authorized signatory in vodafone records and a confirmation email received from vodagone on dt.05/07/2019 for the same. We again lodged a request for port on dt.21/11/2019 but again vodafone rejected our request for port by given a reason i. E. "the porting request is not accompanied by letter from the authorized signatory of the subscriber." These action harass us and shows malafied intention of vodafone.
