Vodafone India — cards face value

Why I can't recharge my SIM. N showing cards face value is greater than session limit. Is this way to fool your customers. Since I was using pospaid for many year and there is no satisfactory and change to prepaid so that I will get some benefit. But instead of that I can't even recharge my SIM. I believe in vodafone so m using it but now it's creating problem to me now. Please fix the problem. Or else you all will lose another customer

Dear Team,

I would like to inform you that, I am your customer on last 6 years but when I saw my mobile bill breakup on last month, there was showing mob internet charges 83.56/- which was am not use the same.
Please check your end and rectify the bill amount. then I will pay my bill amount.

Hi,
I was paying vodafone postpaid bill through Billdesk gateway and net banking SCB. The payment failed from Vodafone but amount got debited from my account. How long will this take the amount to refund back to my account.
