[Resolved] Vodafone India — change in rental without intimation to customers | |||
My vodafone no [protected] rental changed from 99 to 299 without giving intimation in advance. Whether trai has given you right to change plan without intimating customer well in advance atleast 60 days so that customer can opt out plan or change from postpaid to prepaid. If not possible for reverting my rental to 99 then change from postpaid to prepaid Was this information helpful? | |||
