Vodafone India — Change of plan

Sir. Iam a customer of this vodafone mob. No. Since last 8 years i earlier also approached vodafons green park office new delhi and complained reg. Change of my post paid plan to prepaid but nothing has been heard from your side side.. Only receivd a call from vodafone... Nothing happend i again request to kindly change my plan to prepaid asap.
