Vodafone India — Changing tariff plan without customer knowledge | |||
I haven't activated any tariff in vodafone. My call charges are V2V 50ps/min and other 60ps/min. Now a days it changed to 1.4p/sec and when i asked customer care they are not responding with proper answers. When every we go to other state, they will sending tariff plans but when they changed the plans in the local state, why they haven't intimated in the same way. Was this information helpful? | |||
