Vodafone India — changing to prepaid plan from postpaid plan

Am pospaid plan customer. My number is under fk products company. I want to change my number to a prepaid plan. Please help me to change my number to a prepaid plan from postpaid plan. Please do this thing as soon as possible. It will be grateful for me i[censored] let me know about prepaid plan call offers and prepaid plan internet offers. Thank you.

I'm done with postpaid thing of yours. I have been using this services for approx 1 year and literally want to change that.
Could you. Please change my sim categorization from postpaid go PREPAID .

Else I have to go for a port plan

Not Solve complaint. Also no reply after 12 days apx. When call customer service they say we solve this in 24 hours
