I would to complain about my connection number [protected], i am using this Vodafone number since 2005, last month i got the bill of Rs. 1245 according to detail i did the use the data plan way above my plan, & even in my current billing cycle it above the data plan which is not possible as i have wireless in my house n office too, i hardly use my data plan, you may check my usage on my previous bills, when i checked with customer care 1st rep replied that i made video calls, 2nd rep replied that they cant check where did i spend my data as its a breach of customer privacy, i never use this much data on my phone, i am sure that something went wrong at Vodafone end, i would really appreciate if you would check n refund the extra amount which i already paid,
if this would not be taken care of i have no other choice rather then changing the provider Was this information helpful? |
