[Resolved] Vodafone India — charged for a vas service I did not subscribe for | |||
I was charged rs 49 on my bill for march for a vad service that i had not subscribed to. On inquiring the customer care what this service was, i was given a cryptic code and none could explain what the service was. The charges were not waived off ecen after my subsequent requests. This is really a scam by vodafone where they can't even explain the service they charged me for. Was this information helpful? | |||
