I have been charged 2562 saying that i called to 51717 and talked for 183.10 mins, that too morning 7am. Which is in all the way un realistic & that number was used by my 70 years old mom. First of all, with other telecom subscriber 51717 is invalid number by mistake also no one can dial 51717 making call at 7am is unrealistic, top of that talking for 183.10 mins is not at all possible. When my credit limits crossed on that day, my phone services got stopped. During my several discussions that time with vodafone teams they says that you have to pay that amount if i want my services continue & company will check same once my bill gets generated. Now i talk today 5 jan 2020 to customer-care & they says they cant do anything on this... Regarding way offs & how can i proof that we didn't call on such number. Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this, at least other people will come to know about the same issue Was this information helpful? |
