Dear puneet,
As per my discussion with you, i am activated on red4business_499 plan in that case why am i charged this much on vodafone bill this month???
Is there something highly wrong with vodafone that i am charged inappropriately every month.
Each month i have to follow up with vodafone for charging my account incorrectly.
I am highly unsatisfied with your service now.
When i log into my vodafone app my bill shows rs. 934.56 due on 19.09.2017 (Which is again incorrect as my plan is 499 and the monthly charges charged by vodafone is 529+ (Some usage charge of 163)
Earlier vodafone activated some useless services on my number without my knowledge for which i was charged.
I had requested to stop all value added services on my number, which was stopped as per vodafone information.
Then why am i still charged for other usages services.
Vodafone india - its high time you take complains seriously and work on them to resolve it completely.
I am facing this issue every single month and when i complain, they tell me that "i'm the only one who complains"
Is that what you call customer service???
When vodafone fails to provide error free services, how do you expect your customers to co-operate??
I want this issue to get resolved asap
Also make sure that your customers are not troubled each month running after vodafone people to get their complains solved.
If you fail to do so
Then i would be very happy to quit your below standard service and opt for other services in market.
