Vodafone India — Charged roaming within Mumbai being a resident of Mumbai even after requesting Roam like Home service

I shifted to Mumbai from Pune in the first week of Feb. On 9 Feb, I called vodafone customer care to initiate Roam like home to avoid roaming due to circle change.
In April I realized the bills charged to me are much higher than expected. On 8th May I again contacted customer care to mention network problems and to reconfirm the roaming circle change on which I was assured. (Complaint No[protected]. In May bill I still found the issue continuing, after multiple follow up from my side I was told it is not activated yet and last request was rejected. I request roaming again on which the customer care representative said it can not be activated, I asked him to connect with the supervisor, after talking to the supervisor, The roam like home for this number was finally activated on 9 may, 10:14 am. It takes 3 months to activate roaming service from Vodafone.

Now the surprise element is that even after requesting for Roam like Home, and Vodafone being a failure in activating it on time, they have charged me a roaming of 2235 within Mumbai, I being a mumbai resident now. And have failed to address all my complaints, requests and waiver off.

Now they are torturing me by calling for payment, when I ask the executive to resolve my pending complaint so that I can pay the bills they have no solutions and would disconnect the phone giving wrong commitments. Now they have deactivated my number without resolving my issues.

These are the list of Complaint Ids given to me to address the issue, on which i have been following up twice and thrice everyday. But the new voice on calls says that the request have been rejected, of which there is no communication to me until I call:

Yesterday, 23 May I got a call from Vodafone customer care at 3:03 pm from this no:[protected], the lady assured that she is putting the roaming waiver on approval. But the phone no got barred in evening and after calling the customer care I am informed that the case is closed.

This is the most horrible experience from Vodafone till date and this being my official number is also leading to business losses as it is barred now.

I request an immediate action on this, waive off of roaming charges as I have applied for Roam like home and most importantly activating the number right away.
