Vodafone India — charges deducted without any pre-information

After spending more than an hour to raise a request on 198 for vodafone, helpdesk advice to raise a request to corporate helpdesk email i'd. Why can't they let you know in the beginning of the call and don't waste time of customer.
I never received resolution on my complaints from vodafone ever.
They charge anything in their bill and without informing customer and never hear from customer to provide resolution.
It is a shame to vodafone.

Is it possible to change the ownership of the Vodafone Prepaid number 98730XXXXX which is already linked with the Adhaar number? The current owner is also ready to grant me the ownership but we both do not have any clue, how?
