Vodafone India — Charging Bill even after deactivating the Vodafone SIM | |||
I wish to bring this to notice, I deactivated my sim card 4 months back and I paid all the dues (because they will deactivate only when bill is clear) But now I am getting mails from vodafone stating "Kindly note that there is a total due of Rs. 188.1/- on your connection & unbilled amount is Rs. 00/- Unbilled amount does not include rentals and discounts." Moreover they are going to charge extra as mentioned in mail "Please be informed that your final bill will be generated on 12/05/15 under prorated basis. Request you to clear your dues before the due date." What is this all about?? Why they are bringing this after 4 months, I want explanation from Vodafone. This is not done.
