I bought a new postpaid sim of Rs 150/- on 23/04/2015. I was being told that i will get a 1GB free data pack usage for a month in this pack. I got a call today from your customer care agent that my outstanding bill without taxes is around Rs748/-. I am being charged for the internet usage for which i already paid. This is a misguidance from your part as the excess bill is because of the internet usage.
I want you to take an urgent action for the same. If no action is being taken for such misguidance then I am not going to pay for a service like this.
