[Resolved] Vodafone India — Charging excess bill for internet charges

Thanks for late response after the time lines to pay the bill and i pitty your response
to customer. Where there is not even a notification on the excess of the
data usage and generating bills which is not correct and supporting
your words in the mistakes done from your end.This is the
second time the mistake as been repeated initially my plan was 99/- for
2GB data usage and without any confirmation from my end (customer) you people
have upgraded it to 158/- plan and charged bill almost 3 to 4 months and
when i questioned you there is a change in my plan. Then i got the update and convinced me to change my plan 95/-.
I appreciate your cheap business tricks to customer. i have clearly
mentioned to call me to resolve the issue, do you
think is it done on time.
