[Resolved] Vodafone India — charging extra towards credits/charges in postpaid bill | |||
I have been receiving bill with two consecutive months wherein charged extra money with no justifiable particulars. Last time they charged 50 for the calls whereas there were no calls made which has to be charged. Eventually, they reversed the amount after follow up. Now, I see a 25 Rs being charged for other credits. They havent replied for my email yet. I have had internet speed issues with them long time which wasn't resolved yet. For which also they havent turned up to resolve. Was this information helpful? | |||
