Vodafone India — Charging for 3g data when I am deactivating it | |||
Dear sir/madam, This is to inform u that I wanted to deactivate my 3g data on my phone no. [protected] but your representative is saying that even after deactivation of the mobile data, I have to pay the charges of the data in my bill, which is really unfair as I have not used my data . Without any usage the company is charging for the whole month when I want to deactivate the plan. Kindly deactivate the data plan and get your policies a little flexible like Airtel, else I have to port my number to Airtel.
