Vodafone India — Charging for non subscribed services without any intimation | |||
Vodafone had charged me for non subscribed services for the month may'17 and have informed them to cancel the same but till now it's not yet done. Vodafone is charging for the non subscribed services. I have the recording of the customer care and same will be submitted in consumer court for the complaint. Same was informed to vodafone supervisor and it as informed to me that they will call me back on monday but no response. Vodafone is fooling the customers and charging for the services which customers have not opted for. Such a waste network. Would prefer to change to other service provider like airtel. But will not pay a single pie unless the excess amount is deducted from my month bill. Will fight in consumer court. I have the recordings of 10th feb'17 as well as 3rd jun'17 where i had discussed with vodafone supervisor Was this information helpful? | |||

Extra Rs 230 has been charged as VAS to my latest bill .I never activated any VAS service to my mobile number. But, dont know why they have charged extra 230 . Its really painfull . Please, do some thing.
