Vodafone India — Charging money for porting | |||||
I visited Vodafone store on 31st june in Madipakkam near kumaran theatre. The person ask for 30rs for porting sim from Docomo to Vodafone and he told we put 30p calls to all network for 84days. After sim activated I didn't receive any message about rate cutter after I asked customer care they told to ask store person then I went to that store another person was there and he ask me to pay money for that I asked the other person was there 2days ago can u contact him he never ask me to pay any money then for lot arguments he recharged 4rs. And the plan was not that what the previous person told I dissatisfied for what they made to me and I contacted customer care they ask me to go and give the mobile to that executive.and though there is no charges for porting but they asking to pay money, I attached the screenshot of the Vodafone site, kindly check it and make some necessary actions.
