[Resolved] Vodafone India — Charging wrong Bill Every month | |||
Dear Sir, I have left India in December and now I am in abroad and didn't pay only one month bill i.e. for December and then from here I contacted vodafone customer office by chat and closed my account too but it is not closed yet and I request even so many time to closed my post paid number and my deposit also there so let me know how much I am to pay rest balance amount but they are not closing the plan and charging bill every month and I have mailed also so many time but now say that up to this month all the bill must have to be paid then plan will be closed irrespective of you use. They are not serving well and tell me to visit any vodafone customer care pay the balance amount otherwise every month such bill be generated and I will have to pay for the same. I ask simple question why they don't close my account and why they also making charges of Internet and other benefit which I have started with the plan? I am now not using anything and requested many time to close all the benefit and close my account even but don't do this and want bill of 4 months which I have not used and also generating bill every month, why?
