sailesh:Dude, I was wondering to port my number to other network. In present market they offer more data with less amount, so is there any plans for Vodafone to offer me, before I port so came to you people for clarification.

Sir you need to send a message as SMS “PORT space 10 Digit Mobile Number” (e.g. PORT 9892XXXXX0) to 1900” to generate the UPC code. UPC code is valid from UPC generation day + 15 days. SMS Charges would be as per the SMS Plan.
Request you to visit the recipient operator to process the port in request along with the UPC Code & the fresh set of following documents
1) Application Form
2) Photo ID proof like pan card, passport, etc &
3) Proof of address like passport, adhaar card, etc
4) Donor operator latest bill & last amount paid receipt.
Please carry original documents for spot verification.
Please clear all the outstanding dues of the previous operator. If the dues are not cleared, then the number will be deactivated within 15 days.
You will have to reactivate all the VAS and DND services after port in as these will be de-activated after porting-in.
It takes 7 working days to Port out.

Please be aware of the support they are delivering, I will never have my friends or family will look at Vodafone again.. I hate VODAFONE.
