I have reported the problem before also. I got the mail regarding Vodafone representative called me, and how was my experience with him. ???? What the hell..I didn't get any call regarding that.
Now, i called the Vodafone customer care today..I told him that i have a issue with the bill which generated yesterday i.e 12th Dec 2014. My Number is [protected]. Issue is i got a call on 7th Nov from vodafone representative, he told me about 95 rupee plan (650 MB data ), i told him to activate this service from next billing cycle i.e 12th Nov. On 18 or 19th Nov i got another call, that lady told me about 155 plan (1GB data), and for next two month i will be charged only 100 rupee for 1Gb of data. So i activated that serviece.
Now i got the bill, Its very MUCH. !!! I was SHOCKED by seeing the bill.
Today i called customer care, i explainded him about my problem. The lady told, there seems to be some problem in the bill. She is very sorry for that. She told me that the will forward the call to her supervisor. But that time line was busy so she told me told me to call afterwards.
Afterthat i have tried 5 6 times, everyone is saying suprvisor is busy. they told me to call afterwards. am not able to talk to any of the supervisor.
I also told them to forward me my DETAILED BILL. they also have NOT FORWARDED MY DETAILED BILL
Am very disappointed by the Vodafone service .
IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED, AM NOT GOING TO PAY THE BILL. THIS BILL IS FRAUD, AM CHEATED BY THE VODAFONE. Was this information helpful? |
This is with
regards to my Vodafone no [protected], for which I have been
paying you a monthly bill of appox 1200/Rs on an average, and you have been
charging me a monthly rental of Rs 549/- with the other usage charges + taxes
.
Sir some two days before you SMS me
quietly saying that I have used 200 MB extra on my data Plan, and further on you
send me more massages after every 200MB saying that I have used 800MB extra, and
than all of a sudden you ask me that you have increased my limit to 9000/Rs . On
inquiring from your Customer Executive he could not give me the satisfactory
answer about how I consumed the extra MB and when I have a Fixed DATA Plan than
how can your system allow to use extra DATA . This I believe is a trap from your
end to Extract Extra Money from the innocent customer by your Cheat company, as
I inquire from the Executive he told me that I have consumed some 3000/Rs extra
amount towards DATA usage where as my data plan is FIXED and I have been paying
you for the same since last 18 Months or more,
Now all I want to say is that I never
asked you people to increase the plan how can you increase the DATA plan without
asking me, It shows that you people are fraudulently trying to extract money
through falls billing, but to remind you that I will not be trapped in such
means, all I request you that please be fare while you deal with the customers
and do not try to increase DATA plan on your on, and remove all the extra
charges IF you are planning to add, even otherwise also I am not going to pay
you any extra charges if added also it show that you do not value your customer,
and when ever you get a chance you try to cheat earlier also you have been
cheating me by adding late fee on my bill but I did not took it seriously but
this time you people have crossed all the limits and you are forcing me
to pursue the
matter further
In case you add extra amount in the
bill other than the plan I will make sure to take the matter to its logical
end.
I hope you under stand that cheating
will not work in this case.
