I made a recharge of Rs 200 on line through ICICI Bank for mobile no [protected] on 13 th of Dec 2018 tranxn id no [protected] but the currency has not been added to the phone no.can u help me get out of this mess, m tired of calling ur call centre.sent e mail too but of no help.i m senior citizen have some sympathy.

Sir I have a sim card of Vodafone and I regular used from 2010. Mera no. Ko bnd kr diya h jbki usme balance available hai. Or jab ye sim li thi Tb unhone life time free validity k sath sale Ki thi. Pls. Help sir
