Vodafone India — Cheating in recharging through mobile and sending expiring message even when the bonus activated few days before | |||
For past few months i am facing lots of problem in recharging as I receive a message of bonus cards when i do it, it is not activated. I received special offer of RC195 + 88 bonus for data plan and 35 ps/call std/local, but only data plan activated. when i call for customer care they don't respond properly. Worst service received. And today i received a message to activate Bonus 42 by *121*42#, when i tried to activate I received to go for Bonus69. usually pop-up of wait until it activates. so i tried again i lost half my balance. This happens always. It is cheating once it is activated. second time activation should be denied. And i always receive Bonus 27 is expiring message after activating before one week. many times without remembering i would have done. so vodafone company cheats customer. no proper customer service. i lost lots of money using vodafone sim for many years. without proper service customers suffering. we don, t get proper message whether the bonus is getting activated. today alone I lost 130rupees in activating Bonus42. so without noticing many times this cheating has taken place. one of the customer care person cut the call even and they are harsh. very very poor and cheating service. please do the needful.
