Vodafone India — cheating on 3G data

Sir i have received a text message saying 100 rs discount on 3g offer, where if i recharge 147 rs instead of 251rs i get 1 gb 3g data for 30 days . but till now i got only 500 mb data and still 500 mb has due to be credited. I already called more than 10 times to customer care visited Vodafone stores 3 times still no proper response. So please do the needful. I have attached all the required documents proof..
