Vodafone India — Commited plan is not activated and said sorry for wrong commitment

Waiting!!! no response and no amendment till now. what is the meaning of commitment can anyone let me know and in case commitment means is sorry then i will say Vodafone is the worst company ever I seen. If Vodafone wants the recording they can access from their system or in case you want from my side I can send you. This is totally cheating, I will raise the entire case to TRI or I will file a case against Vodafone.
