[Resolved] Vodafone India — company failed to refund the deposit amount regarding the number [protected] | |||
Dear sir Here i am complaining about the vodafone service company regarding the deposit amount that was not refunded. I was not satisfied with the vodafone services in andhra pradesh for that i have changed from vodafone to bsnl on 23.09.2019 and cleared all bill amount rs 254 with a wide receipt number apr2309193_085cc[protected]. On 24.09.2019 again i paid rs 100 for the remaining 1-week usage. I. E 23.[protected].09.2019 with wide receipt number apr2409193_085cc[protected] the above number was activated on 27.09.2019 and enjoying the bsnl services. The vodafone company sent the october bill which is 241 even though i was enjoying the bsnl services in the october month. Secondly, the company failed to refund my deposit amount even though i cleared all amounts. Was this information helpful? | |||
