Vodafone India — Complaining against abusive language used by executive and providing wrong information.

On 12july i got an offer from vodafone and i recharged that to enjoy the benefits. But they didn't provide me the same benefits as stated in offer. So when i contacted them, there executive first used wrong language and then started abusing me.. And then disconnected the call. When i contacted them again, there was no response from other executives. Hope i wil get a reply, otherwise i have to go for another option.
