Vodafone India — Complaint about recharge and balance deduction | |||||
I am anjum from kadegaon, sangli, maharashtra. My vodafone number is [protected]. I have already registered my complain about recharge. I am writing this because i want to send screenshots for your reference because vodafone customer care people are saying offer is not valid for my number. I am trying to recharge my mobile for 448 rs (Offer is 70gb, unlimited calling for 70 days). This offer is showing in *111*1# for my number. But i am unable to recharge this. This offer is showing in "my best offer' section. Only for this offer i have recharged my mobile number with 450 rs. If recharge is not done from my mobile balance then it is totally waste. It is your fault that offer is showing in for my mobile. But your executives are saying that their system is not showing offer for my mobile. Please find attached screenshot of offer showing on my mobile for your reference. If recharge is not done from my mobile balance then i want my money back to my bank account. Otherwise i want offer of 448 done through my mobile balance because i have recharged my mobile only to avail this offer. Please do needful. My name is athul from kerala.My mob no [protected] .My balance was deducted by Rs 15 and Rs 5 For services which i have not subscribed.I tried calling customer care but they respond "your request cannot be processed at the moment."What kind of Poor services you are providing?I need those unnecessary deductions to be refunded
