I am mayur jamdade. Am use vodafone number [protected] regular 5 months. But today my outgoing is inactive so i call customer care they say due to my another number bill pending on [protected] so outgoing is off but i have problem with this details i all time remember i never purchase new vodafone connection to use for me and family and friends on my documents so why that number activation done without original documents checking and also address miss-match present so kindly provide help on this this.
When i am asking for soft-copy of that number bill they never give me because security purpose but here i see your system fail to avoid to purchase card without original document so i need all details regarding this number [protected] to clear where is mistake happened and identify who is the real user of that card so kindly work on early.
