Dear Sir,
Last one year I am the customer of Vadafone with phone no- [protected], From last week I am recharge for the usage of Internet accessing. Frankly says that the recharge happened in money but internt is not connect till date because of your services. Mean time so many times connect with your customer care they are not support or not connecting also. Its very poor service, Please help to resolve the issue.
For this connection around 50 Rs gone in for calling customer care, after phone received they are not answering kept in hold only. Please improove your services, Punjab customer care are not lifting the phone also.
