Vodafone India — Complaint for irresponsible

MY complaint was that my sim is not recieving network from last 2 days and i have replaced and buyied new sim but the sim not started . once again i have visited store and the advice me to replace and buy sim once again i also buyied then also my number is not started when i visit the store they where telling to buy a new sim of m-pesa for rupees 225 I did not buy and they showed me that my documents were rejected and i had replace right document and then also the sim is not started what showed i do now, , ... Sir please help me ...
