Vodafone India — Complaint not resolved instead of repeat reminders | |||
I am Vodafone user and my number is [protected]. Actually some months back i had activated 3G services on my number but till time 3G services has not been activated or may be working on my number. I have complained so many times to vodafone about this also requested them to wave or remove 3G charges from my bill but till the situation is same. Last complaint which i registered was on 23rd July'2015 and complaint number is [protected] and it was assured that the complaint will be resolved max by 31st July'251 but till time i have not got any updation from Vodafone. I again called the customer care and always got the same updation that our technical team is working on this and sometimes after 4-5 minutes of hold for checking the status, customer care call dropped. Now pls let me know that whether vodafone needs a 15 days time to resolve a single complaint? Was this information helpful? | |||
