Vodafone India — Complaint o[censored]nsolicited value added services and deductions from prepaid mobile .

During last one month i am finding value added services on my prepaid mobile number.Message is received from number 155223 about activation of service for a week and deduction of money .The service is stopped by me.After some time another service is activated suo mottu.All these services are by VE-VFCARE.This may pl be stopped.
