Vodafone India — Complaint on not getting the customer care executive by call. | |||||
Just now i recharged with an amount of 20.but when i am checking my balance there after i found 15 rs has been deducted from my balance. Before recharge i checked that if there is any value added services activated in my number, the vodafone system informed me that there is no value added service(by system not by customercare executive).now when i want to talk to the executive about the issue, i can't.this has been happening for last one month.so where and how can i lodged my complaint and get back my money Was this information helpful? | |||||
