Vodafone India — complaint regarding billing | |
Vodafone number [protected] Post paid number [protected] was used on international roaming. Credit limit of the number was 3000 rs, bill generated is 80000. There was no notification of the credit limit exceeded or bill usage. Getting calls again and again from recovery team. Credit limit of my mobile number [protected] is rs 3000 so why i have not received any notification immediately when my usage has exceeded credit limit. Vodafone team has first waited that huge amount of bill is generated and then they will inform about the bill to me. You should have send notification informing that my credit limit has exceeded or should barred my services immediately when my usage exceeded credit limit. But neither i have received any notification nor any call regarding that my usage has exceeded rs 3000. After 3 days when my usage exceeded more that 25 times of my credit limit i have been informed to pay an amount of rs 80000. It is clear sign of negligence on part of vodafone team.
