Dear sir Have given 7 reminders to vodafone but no response to my queries at all. My plan has been changed from 0 rental to monthly rental plan without my consent. Unfortunately your mr saibanna has not answered any of my questions. Is vodafone above law in this country!! This is the 5th time i am requesting for point by point answer to my questions. Answer me point by point in details Question 1). Does trai guideline allow you to forcefully change my plan into a higher bill plan without my consent and without me requesting for it Give answer please: Question 2). Show me my consent basis which you changed my plan Give answer please Question 3). Share with me the trai guideline / permission which allows you to change plan as per your sweet will and without customers consent. Give answer please Question 4). You have intentionally not marked cc to the trai complaint emails is which i have been marking in my mails to you. Give answer please - every reply of yours should have trai email ids marked as cc. - shocking that in spite of my complaint, you have not bothered to raise the issue of rude behaviour by your staff with myself in your store. No regret n action from your end - shocking that you are not bothered if the customer is asking for complaint / feedback form and your store does not provide it. No regret n action from your end I will not accept your dictatorship and blackmailing to forcefully change my plan. Again with your dictatorship, if you want, you can revoke my connection by duly marking me a mail stating that we had forcefully changed your plan without my consent and same is not acceptable to you so we are revoking your connection with no liability on yourself. I have duly marked trai in cc in this mail again. Awaiting detailed response this time….. I. E after 5th reminder.
