[Resolved] Vodafone India — complaint with call centre executives | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have by mistake made recharge of 245 twice. As i am requesting the executive to refund me one of the amount but as per executive their is no procedure to refund the amount. So then i asked will i get everything doubled ie my talktime, validity & internet pack for that they said everything cannot be doubled. The amount went out from my savings account which is 490 rs but then why is it that my validity and net pack is not doubled? When i pay an amount twice i should get one refund or everything doubled My number is [protected].
