[Resolved] Vodafone India — confusing billing information and automatic service activation and deactivation with customer service | |||
Hello sir/madam, With due respect i want to share my complaint here about vodafone india service. I have postpaid connection and sometime i need to travel abroad due to work. Many times vodafone activate services i never asked for and when we complain they straight forward say it is showing in system that you have activated and that moment i feel helpless. And they talk with very rude attitude. I am working professional, postpaid is our need. I feel being tortured every month for billing. The problem is with the bill they provide is so confusing, and when we reach to live chat of vodafone, these customer service people are pathetic and useless, they dont give any solution and proper information, they just try to play with words and close the case. I told those guys to deactivate my service which vodafonehave activated by their own,, they said in the monthly bill they will adjust and when bill comes they say you first pay we will deactivate but cant refund for that you have send a mail, when i send mail they ask again same information, and after that they apologize and again after 7 days my one service got deactivated and asked for resolution they say it is activated and charge it again,, and same thing repeats, mail for refund which they never do. Sir trust me, they are doing too much of fraud i am telling you,, i dont know how they are doing it but they are doing so badly and smartly. Kindly take action as we people feel helpless. We need facilities and dont want to be slave of their service even after paying huge amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
