[Resolved] Vodafone India — Connection disconnected & billing issue | |||||
Hi Greeting I am aslam pathan using vodafone number [protected] Please check that my connection has been disconnected at present and due to the vodafone fault and you have been tag me an IR in your system that I have done the fraud. Please to be noted that I have paid the bill on 18nov of 2000rs but your system is re-entering the old cheque number ending with the number 419507 but you can see that payment has been cleared by cheque number 419508 the next cheque which has been issue on the same date of previous cheque bounce due to currency issue problem and I have already told that the lady of collection department has ensure me that after making the payment amt of 411rs will be waivedoff and also the 345rs for the cheque return charges will be also waivedoff the lady which was calling number [protected] and I have send the recording also then also you have suspended my service. Please check to the details and activate my service as soon as possible and I am re sending the voice call record and please remove that fraud statement as I have not cheated to the company its your company fault and issue I have called the nodal for the same but they haven't helped me I have been mailed various time to vodafone Care mail and the nodal mail and also COR Sunil sood Appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com, vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com sunil.[protected]@vodafone.com This are the mail I am sending mails but they aren't helping me and sending only the acknowledgement mail only I am unable to get any response from the vodafone department I have been visited many time to vodafone store also but they say that they are unable to helpout for the number reactivation only the office from nodal can help by mail but I am unable to get support Was this information helpful? | |||||
