Dear Sir/Madam
I have taken Vodafone postpaid connection no [protected] which was disconnected on 3-10-15 due to negative address verification, so i sent mail to company on 5-10-15 to disconnect the connection & they told me that it will be disconnected & now they are sending bills & telling that it was restored on 15-10-15 which was not intimated to me.
When i am telling customer care to lodge complain they are saying that you need to mail this matter to company & i have to pay the bill.
