Hi this is Hrishikesh Joshi.
I've been using my Vodafone number [protected] for over 12 years, since orange days.
This complaint is regarding the degrading customer services that you provide your customer.
There are various customer care centres but none actually providing satisfactory care and concern to your loyal customers. They are only looked after while buying new connections, otherwise they are made to stand in a line for hours for incompetency of your services.
I'm emailing you intimating about my consumer complaint.
Due to some debit card problems, I paid Rs.500 out of total bill of Rs.750 before due date of 5jan2017.
I received my next bill due amounting Rs.1000/- due payment before 5feb2017.
Today as on 20jan it is out of my understanding., why would my connection become inactive.
On asking a representative at 4bung Vodafone store, he said it happens automatically from system.
Now I seriously empathise your strategist and technical team, for creating such a stupid automated system.. Where you disconnect a long loyal customer for over a decade for due of Rs.250/-.
I will be levied extra charges, interests and late payments etcetc charges which I'm ready to for not paying the whole amount of time.. But how ridiculous does it sound to have your sim get deactivated for Rs.250/-
I would like to meetup top authorities at Vodafone and ask them personally and bring to notice to this ridiculous automated system.
Have some loyalty towards your customers too and forward some goodwill gestures to them as because of your loyal customers your company reep all the benefits and makes millions. A sincere requests to upgrade your system and especially your automated system which do not penalise customer for unnecessary reasons. Else there will be a time when someone will challenge your system to n court of law and bring your whole system down to scraps.
