Vodafone India — Continuous balance deduction

My number [protected] has had reduction of balance of Rs.50 continuously since July, this is my forth complaint I regret to inform that every single time I call Customer service to complain they say that I have downloaded or activated some pack or service.

Updated by Ashiq Rahim They try to put the blame on me for deduction of balance they did.My complaint was accepted the last time still accusing me but 3 complaints including the present one were not accepted or looked into.
